The Waybar Hot Rod is a custom-built bucket-style roadster equipped with a high performance V-8 engine and featuring a scalloped paint scheme. The powerful engine is crowned with two carburetors atop a tunnel ram intake manifold that makes this hot rod an extremely fast and exhilarating ride.

- The vehicle is based on the 1932 Ford Roadster.
- It can be stored in garages or sold at Bruski's Scrap & Salvage and Vehicle Export.
- When supercharged the game simply replaces the two air cleaners with the supercharger inlet scoop but fails to add the actual impeller housing with drive belt beneath the carburetor.
- It was cut from The Wild Ones of the base game, where it would have appeared with the other Hot Rods at the Empire Bay Forge.
