Jimmy and Vito

I personally found it a bit odd that Jimmy has all of Vito's homes. I can understand the apartment where Vito sold it then bought the house but the house and Marty's apartment are just odd. Maybe Jimmy wanted to be like Vito so he bought his apartments and had his house rebuilt exactly the same with the tomato pancakes cooking in the kitchen.
