    • Steam achievements not working.

      The achievement list for Mafia III Steam version are not included in the game list and so far not unlocking. (Completing Another Brother Falls did not unlock the corresponding achievement.)

    • On PC: After wiretapping the junction box across the street from the sheriff's office, the map does not highlight section as being wiretapped. Two fuses show up on the map there though, I assume that indicates it is in fact working. Oddly, there is absolutely no other markers on the map. No business, buildings, nothing. Only thing on the map so far is a Big Rick's, and that's in an area yet to be wiretapped. Will update later after all junction boxes are done.

      UPDATE: After wiretapping the entire Parish, still not working properly. Hard to tell if it's working at all, there's absolutely nothing showing on the map except a few fuses and Big Rick's, which was showing up before.

      The achievements for Faster, Baby! appear on Steam now, so I guess they were just delayed for some reason.

    • PC: After completing Faster Baby, the time of day remained night time. Stayed that way for two hours afterward. After leaving Sinclair Parish and reloading it went back to daylight.

    • After the latest update, whenever I use the arms dealer, after using the interact button and Lincoln talks, the subtitles for what Jackie's going to say after Lincoln's done appear right before the menu opens. I think this is because the van was made to drive off sooner than it used to, which fixes another bug where the doors could close on Lincoln if he runs along with the van or it's unable to drive off.

    • On PC: Keep hearing sound effects while driving. The first is the sound that's made when you exit the slow motion driving, the second is sound that's made when you equip/holster your weapon while driving. Both of those play at random times while driving. The equip/holster weapon one will often play repeatedly, or it's some other sound that sounds like that.

    • PC: Free ridin' decal does not show on Berkley Freerider. Vehicle appears as a two tone green/white only. Unable to add decal at Big Rick's.

    • I'm going to list this as a bug because quite frankly I can't make any sense of it otherwise. The new Lassiter Nightcrawler is classified as an exotic, however it seems to be more fitting of a sports class. The sports class is made up of muscle car types, which the Nightcrawler definitely fits into.

      As far as racing goes, its statistics would have put it in the top of the sports class, but as an exotic it's basically bottom of the barrel. In other words, a useless addition to the fleet for beating the races.

    • Cars are erupting straight out of the street in Frisco, I've seen this happen several times in the same spot.

    • PC: It seems the good people over at Joey's All American Diner up in Tickfaw fell behind on their rent because they've been evicted! The entire contents of the diner are now outside in the parking lot, including the restroom fixtures, which makes using the can kind of awkward.

      While standing around the grow house waiting on my crops, I kept hearing screams. After hearing this a dozen or so times I finally discovered people were setting themselves ablaze on the campfire there.

    • More of a request than a bug, if you guys actually read these things...

      This new Herbalism seems like an activity that's going to require stopping by the Grow House quite often throughout the game. I thought you could help players kill two birds so to speak and maybe add some supplies there. Specifically a Tac-Vest and a couple of Adrenaline shots would really come in handy. That way Lincoln could stop in, harvest his weed, restock and head back out. If you really wanted to be nice a wardrobe so we can get a change of clothes would be swell too.

    • Another suggestion, this one would be a huge boost to the Herbalism activity. At present, when viewing custom strains, there is nothing showing what the original strain was, (Ruderalis, Indica, Sativa etc.) just the flavor. Yet the selling menu shows each districts favored strain. Short of keeping detailed notes as you go, there's no way to fill these needs.

      It would also be extremely helpful to have access to the current demand, bonuses and favored information of each district outside of the selling menu. Not knowing both of these facts makes it difficult to plan your next strain while your current crop is growing.

    • PC: Weapons upgrades show no effect in the arms dealer menu for the new Silenced MK 1020, the stats remain unchanged.

      Stability upgrades show no effect in the arms dealer menu for the Camo Model 67, Hawk 4540 Night Vision, Manitou Model 67, Mayweather M04A3 and the Viper 55.

    • PC: In The Blade Stained Red, during Cut and Run, I didn't get the drive like a madman tutorial and while driving the meter never showed on screen. It worked, I was able to complete it, I just had no clue how far along I was.

      Later, after meeting Burke back at the scrap yard, when the conversation was over nothing happened. No mission listed in the menu, and I never got the notice about the vehicle deliver associate. I reloaded and everything showed up right.

      Also, the mission complete sound notification doesn't always play, this has happened in every mission so far, just not every time. Even when completing a trafficking run, the notice and sound doesn't always play.

      I think I also didn't get the vehicle delivery tutorial until I reloaded on my last playthrough, which was before the new update.

      EDIT: I guess it wasn't that one, it was the one about vehicle customization at Big Rick's.

    • I created a new strain at the grow house and after I named it it showed Error where the name should be. I tried to trash it, and it remained. I tried a second time and it worked, but along with it the game deleted one of my other strains. Thanks to the ridiculous auto save system I've lost hours worth of work I put into that one.

    • PC: The district map image in the Herbalism menu don't correspond to the district shown Ex: Delray Hollow shows the French Ward map. All of them are like this.

    • PC: Noticing some of the collectibles, such as this album in Point Verdun, are now floating in the air. It's as if whatever they were sitting on, in this case there used to be a kiosk here, have been removed from the game.

    • PC: Got error again with Herbalism. Created new strain using a strain called Fat Rabbit. I named the new one Breakdown Kush, but instead of that name, error page came up. Looked at my other strains and one of my others, Hot Pants, had been renamed Breakdown Kush.

      Update: Disregard the above, it had nothing to do with using one with maxed out levels. Apparently anytime I try to create a new strain, even when starting from a basic strain, I get this error. When attempting to delete the error strain, it first deletes the saved strain that had it's name changed to the new one, the second attempt will finally remove the error strain, however the bug will simply start again on the next hybridizing attempt.

      I continued to reload a copy of my save file I had made just before this started and experimented with various things, but the only success I had was to delete all my saved hybrids. This seems to have stopped the errors, at least for now.

    • After the first cutscene in Another Brother Falls, I always get an Active Services Cancelled notification, even when no services were active before that.

    • The maximum THC obtainable for Indica is 63, just wondered of this is a bug because all other stats and strains end in rounded numbers (0 or 5) for min/max THC and CBD.

      Happening again, 5 hours since I brought Slim back to Laveau's compound and it's been night the whole time. Other things seem to be working fine, it's rained, I've received kickback, the sun just wont come out. Reloading/restarting has no effect so far. Will reply again if I figure it out.

    • PC: The cars spawned after completing Cassandra's and Burke's agenda missions are not the ones previously being driven, in some cases it's one you drove hours ago. Even after reloading or restarting the game.

    • PC: Been noticing a lot of pedestrians leaping in front of my car lately, I know it's always been part of their programming, but since the update it seems more often than not they jump in front of you rather than out of the way.

    • The IRA Don't Ask mission is still full of problems. It continues to give the "car is wrecked, find another" when the car is still there and perfectly fine. When it's not doing that, it constantly un-selects the location you chose and randomly chooses another for no reason, on the short drive from Burke's place to just by the police precinct in Pointe Verdun it switched on me three times. Also when you allow the game to chose the location for you, it picks one clear across New Bordeaux when there's one just down the street.

    • In The Home Fires Burn, if you use the medicine cabinet the first time you go to the vault, it will show on the map when you return, even though you can't use it again. Also, in the mission "Still Pull This Off", after the vault drops down, if you look in the objectives menu the objective "Get to the boat" will be activated; however, it doesn't show on the screen.

    • In Real Nice Time, after I get out of the truck with Donovan, my clothing was changed back to the default "Combat" outfit. I had been wearing the new "The Experience" outfit.

    • There's a journal entry that's clearly intended for the Camo Model 67 DLC weapon. However, it refers to the weapon as the "Camo Manitou", and it only appears when the standard Manitou Model 67 is purchased from the arms dealer.

      Apparently the same thing happens if you don't use it previously. The medicine cabinet will be open and you will have one adrenaline shot, but its icon will still show on the map.

    • Upon returning to the vault, the screen was blurred during gameplay. Reloading the game did nothing to fix this, but after restarting the game it went back to normal.

    • Some of the Southern Union enemies in Sinclair Parish say the same things as deputies, but some of these don't really make sense, such as "Killed another cop" and "I got eyes on the suspect".

      When I first posted this I thought that maybe it was me, perhaps my vehicle was aimed at the sidewalk and didn't realize, but now that I've played longer there is definitely something wrong with their AI. I almost never hit them in the past, and only if I had a really bad accented and it threw me up on the sidewalk. Now, I'm running over these people left and right. Even when you're in the left lane of a four lane street they'll lunge into the roadway as you pass by.

    • The game is spawning the incorrect car after trafficking missions and Cassandra's agenda missions. It seems to be spawning the car you drove previous to the last one, even if it was from hours earlier.

    • In the union extortion racket I went to destroy the trailer at Rigolet's Canning Company. I started killing enemies with my Silentium Pistol, and then they got into a weird state where they spoke and moved as if they were in combat without actually shooting or noticing Lincoln. I was able to do stealth takedowns on them in this state, and after a while combat mode was suddenly triggered.

      After this I started seeing a lot of bugs and just plain weird behavior. When I was tailing the bagman he went off the road and crashed into a parked car and then a wall, and then when I stopped people started blowing their horns. All this caused the tailing meter to fill up completely and I had to start over again.

      Starting at the money stash location killing enemies stopped doing the standard $50 damage to the racket, and when I got to the final trailer a lot of NPCs started showing strange behaviors. Killing enemies and taking cash did no racket damage, and along the way a witness was activated when they were supposed to be disabled, but then they suddenly disappeared after a few seconds.

      Major Bug in Herbalist Mini-Game (confirmed on PS4, as of 5/7/2017)

      There is a major bug in the Herbalist mini-game that should be mentioned. When a new game is started, the game is not reset. That means all previously collected strains and purchased greenhouse upgrades are still present, and cannot be recollected or repurchased. Hybrids created in the last save are also still present, and any crops growing when the game was overwritten will continue to do so.

      More importantly, the player's past earnings and "Herbalism" level are retained as well. That means that if the player maxed out their level in an overwritten save, they cannot do so again. This makes it impossible to trigger the conversation with MJ that unlocks his Berkley Freerider. His van, in other words, becomes permanently unattainable after the first play-through of "Faster, Baby!" Reloading either the checkpoint or the game doesn't fix this, nor does uninstalling and reinstalling. I've deleted my saves and profile, and have started from scratch to see if erasing all former game data does the trick. I haven't seen this mentioned in forums, so I'm not sure if Hanger 13 is aware of/will fix this bug, which makes this particular DLC unplayable.

      Since this article is, for some reason, locked from editing, I'm hoping a mod (or someone else with access) will put this under Bugs. In the meantime, I'll leave this here for anyone experiencing this issue, and will update if I find something. Macmanius (talk) 14:42, May 10, 2017 (UTC)

    • On my first trafficking run for Vito, a retaliation squad came after me shortly after I entered River Row on my way to Skidaway Durables. After delivering the truck and taking out the guys after me, I tried to call the arms dealer, but he said "Sorry, man. Can't do it right now." That's the first time I've heard him say that in normal gameplay (i.e. without using mods).

      So I talked to Alma, and then I called the arms dealer again after going outside. He then ran over a proximity mine I'd thrown, which blew up his van. However, I was still able to buy stuff from him.

    • With all this being said, it's still not clear why the arms dealer refused to come the first time. Was it just a bug, or could that be some feature built into the game in case the arms dealer is unable to spawn for whatever reason? As I was driving away, there was a massive traffic jam in the nearby intersection, which was likely there before, so I'm thinking that may have been related.

    • When I entered Downtown via the bridge from River Row some of the trees and fences failed to spawn for a little bit.

    • I started the chapter Hot Rubber & Cold Blood at night, and for some reason the opening cutscene was rendered too bright. After the cutscene the game returned to normal within a few seconds.
