Frankie in Joe's Adventures[]
Frankie was not the guy been tortured in Joe's Adventures. Joe's Adventures takes place before The Story of Frankie Potts so it couldn't be him, there's more evidence that supports this so if your still convinced it was him been tortured ask me on my talk page. Actually, 'The Story of Frankie Potts' starts off in the year 1950, the year in which the Supermarket mission takes place, so it is possible that this was an error caused by the producers.

Technically, the major story tie-ins in JA commence in 1950, and because an exact date is not specified, one can safely assume JA and 'The Story of Frankie Potts' are running simultaneously.
I'm assumbing The Story of Frankie Potts takes place after JA, if not then neither of them make sense, Joe was mentioned quite a lot in TSoFP and he was said to be a Falcone up and comer, something he wasn't until JA's end, TSoFP's couldn't have taken place before as Joe had just arrived back in 1950 and surely we would have seen the interactions as we had much more control over the story than we did in Mafia II.
