Southdowns is a district in New Bordeaux.
History
This district is controlled by Tommy Marcano and the Marcano Crime Family, who have gambling and stolen goods rackets set up there. The district is mostly middle to upper class housing and businesses, including The Acadia, where Tommy Marcano holds cage fights and runs the counterfeiting operation for his brother Sal.
