Sean Brodie is a character in the Mafia II DLC, Jimmy's Vendetta.
History
He is one of Tam Brodie's cousins, along with James and Bill, and a lieutenant in the Brodie Gang.
He's mentioned in The Betrayal of Jimmy as having a rivalry with the Empire Bay Triads and their enforcer Eddie Fu. Throughout the game his businesses are often disrupted by the Triads and he asks Tam to send in Jimmy to ruin the Triads' businesses, which eventually results in Fu's death.
He's killed along with his cousins James and Bill in a failed ambush on Jimmy.
