Sarah's Apartment is the residence of Lost Heaven resident Sarah (character) and possibly the later residence of also Thomas Angelo and their unnamed daughter. It is located in Little Italy (Lost Heaven) and can only be accessed in Sarah (mission). Sarah mentions that she lives next door so this also must mean that Luigi must live in the same building as her.
