Current Operations

It might not look glamorous, but smuggling cigars and rum out of Cuba is highly profitable due to the Cuban Trade Embargo. His enforcers Nestor Pellegrini and Fabio Fulci keep things running smoothly, while his men Roscoe and Biff sell the goods around River Row and pay off the right people to look the other way. Roy even has a deal going to sell stolen medical supplies to Cuba.

In 1968, Thibideaux's racket was taken over by Lincoln Clay, who was working with inside information he received from Connie Demarco. Lincoln damaged Roy's contraband operation by killing his enforcers, stealing his medical supply shipment, and damaging the racket's other assets. Once everything fell apart, Thibideaux was drawn out, giving Lincoln the opportunity to confront him. After successfully infiltrating Skidaway Durables, Lincoln dealt with Thibideaux and ended his association with the Marcano Crime Family.
