The Office of Price Administration is a federal government building in Empire Bay. Not much is known about the building, only that its likely involved with gasoline prices and distribution as well as the distribution of other precious resources that could help with the war effort. Its safe, which seems to be the only area used for containment, contains various rations which were to be distributed to the people of Empire Bay. It plays a big part in the mission Enemy of the State, as Vito needs to steal 10,000 gallons worth of gas stamps. The only known employees are Maria Agnello and 3 unnamed guards.

The building is only accessible in Chapter 3 Enemy of the State and can be entered through an open window. When Vito has entered the building, he may lockpick the door next to the window in order to open it as well as head down the basement and disable the safe alarm. After collecting the gas stamps, Vito can leave the building by either walking out the front door, (only available if the Empire Bay Police Department has crushed the door) climbing out the same window the building was entered, walking out the lock pickable door close to the bathroom in which the window through which you enter is located or after heading down the basement, going down another stair to reach a pile of coal which Vito can climb up on and then climb out through the coal shaft. Vito can also enter/exit the building through a top floor window accessible either through the building or by climbing the crates outside.

• During the Second World War, the Office of Price Administration was a federal body tasked with stabilizing the civilian economy by implementing price controls and rationing essential items, including gasoline. It was abolished in 1947.
