Kingston is a large neighborhood located northwest in Empire Bay. It is largely populated by Irish people and the O'Neill Gang have controlled the neighbourhood since the 1800s.

Well located is bounded on the east Dipton and south with Greenfield. Originally the map is seen in an underground line which runs through the subsoil.

It has several shops in the streets how a Dipton apparel, a McClusky & Son and Empire Diner or a genuine the neighborhood how the Hill of Tara or Harry's Shop.

Also found in the neighborhood is Luigi Scetta's Apartment and the Kingston Stadium, home of the Empire Bay Cannons since 1923.
