He is the bartender at the The Maltese Falcon, one of the classier restaurants in Empire Bay and the base of the Falcone crime family's operations. Jack worked for Eddie Scarpa during prohibition, running alcohol out of Tambarra. When Jack was arrested for smuggling in 1928, he refused to cooperate with authorities and did his time. He was rewarded with his current job by Eddie and Carlo Falcone upon his release. These days, Jack is happy to work the bar at the Falcon and turn a blind eye to the daily traffic of mobsters, money and contraband.
