The Hillwood House is a luxurious ultra modern house in Hillwood featured in Joe's Adventures. It is owned by a Garden of Eden regular who was harrassing some of the girls. In A Lesson in Manners Joe Barbaro breaks into the house to "teach him a lesson" on orders of Eddie Scarpa.

When you enter the house, there is a bodyguard who will challenge the player to a fist fight. The owner is out on the balcony. On the very same balcony, there is a Playboy Magazine. Faucets can be turned on and off, as well as lights and showers.
