Gas Stations are locations where the player can go to refuel their current vehicle. In Mafia II they also have a car washing service. The player can refuel by simply parking next to a pump and pressing the action button. In Mafia II and Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven's Free Ride mode, the player must pay for fuel ($500 in Mafia), whereas in Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven's story mode, the player is not required to pay. The price and the time it takes to refuel varies, depending on how much fuel is left in the vehicle.

GameplayEdit

Robbing the gas station is easy, as the owners are unarmed. Simply shoving them and walking toward the cash register allows the player to rob the shop. Given the low prices of their services, the tenders will not be loaded with enough money to make it worthwhile most of the time.

In the chapter, Enemy of the State, Vito sells the stamps at gas stations before midnight.
