- Base Mafia II game: Available in Per Aspera Ad Astra.
- Note: The vehicle may be found driving in South Millville or parked at The Dragstrip bar. It can be sold at Bruski's Scrap & Salvage, modified at Charlie's Service & Repair, and even stored in garages. However, as it's the final chapter of the game, storing it would be of little use.

Mafia II[]
DLC Availability[]
Mafia II Classic[]
- The car may be available by downloading the Renegade Pack through the Xbox Live Marketplace, the PlayStation Store, and Steam.
- The Renegade pack is also included in the Xbox Platinum Hits Edition, the PS3 Greatest Hits Edition and the Mafia II Directors Cut for PC.
- When installed, the car becomes available once you gain access to your garage in the base Mafia II game and in all DLC's.
Mafia II: Definitive Edition[]
- The Walter Hot Rod is included with the Mafia II: Definitive Edition and Mafia: Trilogy. It is unlocked at the start of In Loving Memory of Francesco Potenza of the main game, at which point it will also become available in all Story DLCs. After it's initially unlocked it will be available from the beginning of all subsequent replays of the main game and story DLCs as soon as garages become accessible.
Trivia[]
- While based on the Walter Coupe, the vehicle also resembles the 1937 Lincoln Zephyr V-12.
- The DLC version of the vehicle can't be sold or removed from the garage.
- The performance upgrades of this vehicle are bugged as follows:
- The weight reduction usually obtained with level 2 (sports tuning) is given at level 1.
- The top speed and horsepower usually given with level 3 (supercharged) are given with level 2.
- When upgraded to level 3 the car's statistics actually decrease to the top speed and horsepower of the level 1 (basic tuned) model and the weight of the stock model.
