- The game map lists them simply as "Diner".
- The owner of Stella's Diner is voiced by Jim Cummings.
- If the player pulls out his weapon, the owner will pull out his M1 Garand, and if it's running out of ammo, he will pull out his 1911 Semi, and shoot the player.
