Senator Richard Blake is a character in Mafia III.

Senator Richard Blake is the chairman of the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence while also the Democratic Senator of Louisiana.
After graduating from law school, Senator Blake worked for a while as a district attorney before his appointment to the United States Senate, representing the state of Louisiana.
He presided over the hearing into Lincoln Clay's vendetta against the Marcano Crime Family during the summer and fall of 1968 in New Bordeaux, which took place in August 1971, listening to testimony from former CIA operative John Donovan, who aided Lincoln in his efforts and who personally approached the Committee in order to testify before them.
Senator Blake also demanded to know why Donovan and Clay had gone after a former CIA operative in tandem with their stalking of the Marcanos. Donovan was less forthcoming on this inquisitorial review, claiming that man "died in an alleyway in Saigon".
After Sal Marcano died, Donovan accessed Marcano's files and found him to be a collaborator in the assassination of President Kennedy. Sal Marcano had named fellow collaborators, one being Richard Blake. Donovan suspected Senator Blake's participation in the conspiracy was to eliminate Kennedy and clear the way for the senator to climb the political ladder. John Donovan gunned him down and vowed to do the same with all who were involved in Kennedy's assassination.
