Lennie Davis is a character in Mafia III.
History[]
Lennie Davis works at the city clerk's office, where he approves new construction projects under development. He had cheated on his wife and Jimmy Cavar filmed it. It turns out the girl worked for Cavar too, and now Lennie is being blackmailed by him. Cavar is forcing Lennie to rubber stamp phony building projects and cash the checks for his company, Cavar Construction, who are building the new City Hall in the heart of Downtown. After being contacted by John Donovan, he agreed to supply Lincoln with whatever information he could in the hopes of stopping Cavar.
