Horatio Balmana is a minor character in Mafia III DLC Stones Unturned.
History[]
Horatio Balmana was a C.I.A. asset who was piloting the plane carrying The Nuke that crashed on the Unknown Island. After the crash, he and Reuben Paez came to the United States, where they were debriefed by the C.I.A. After this, the C.I.A. set Balmana up with a job as a bartender at Villa del Mar in the French Ward.
Unfortunately, his knowledge of the plane crash made him of great importance to Connor Aldridge, who had no qualms massacring the customers in the restaurant to get to Balmana and acquire the location of the Island and the thermonuclear prize hidden there.
His body was found later when Lincoln Clay, John Donovan, and Robert Marshall followed Aldridge's movements to Villa del Mar.
