Background[]
"Handsome" Harry Robicheaux is the Racket Boss who runs the sex rackets in the French Ward for Lou Marcano. Hand-picked by Uncle Lou, Harry's a former street pimp with a reputation for always getting his clients what they want, no matter how dark or sadistic those wants might be.[1]
Current Operations[]
Once focused solely on VIPs, Uncle Lou knows everyone wants to get their pickle tickled, whether they've got $20 to spend or $25,000. With that in mind, Marcano and Robicheaux have diversified the sex trade in the French Ward, and now have something to offer everyone.
They operate Plow House Pictures, a stag film production company with two studios in the Ward, and distribute the smut with a network of dealers throughout the district. They offer a limousine service to chauffeur their VIP clients to and from their destinations and run a high-priced orgy out of a converted warehouse. For his wealthiest clients, Handsome Harry can arrange for them to live out their sickest fantasies at the Plow House, or as Harry prefers to call it, Un Belle Jardin, after his flower shop which serves as a front for the whole operation.
For the right penny, Harry allows his VIPs to abuse, torture, or even murder his women. Even still, he doesn't object to it, since he's still getting paid greatly from the loaded degenerate debauchers who support his business. Though, the mobsters working under Harry don't share the same views as him, as they are uncomfortable, or even disgusted with the VIPs, for obvious reasons.[2]
Fate[]
In 1968, Robicheaux's racket was taken over by Lincoln Clay, who was working with inside information he received from Harold Cauley. Lincoln damaged Harry's sex operations by killing his enforcers, his VIP clients, and damaging the racket's assets. Once everything fell apart, Robicheaux was drawn out, giving Lincoln the opportunity to confront him. After successfully infiltrating The Plow House, Lincoln dealt with Robicheaux and ended his association with the Marcano Crime Family.
