Background[]
Hank "Motors" McGahee is a skilled carjacker and thief who got his start boosting cars and delivering them to Irish Mob boss Thomas Burke for his chop shop operation. Eventually, with Burke's support, McGahee established a "livery service" for the exclusive use of Irish Mob soldiers and associates. No matter what vehicle was required - a boat, an expensive car, a delivery van, or even an armored truck - McGahee would steal the exact model requested, keep it in pristine condition, make sure there was gas in the tank, and even personally deliver said vehicle to its intended recipient before slipping away to plan his next theft.
Current Operations[]
McGahee will provide Lincoln Clay with the Vehicle Delivery perk if he gives the Irish Mob control over a certain percentage of districts and rackets. When the perk is activated, McGahee will deliver a vehicle of Lincoln's choice to anywhere in the city. With upgrades, McGahee can temporarily teach Lincoln how to steal vehicles without being spotted by witnesses, to the point where he can even force drivers out of their rides and take them without anyone making a fuss. Prior to this, Lincoln was inexperienced in auto theft; needing to break the window in order to steal parked cars.

Appearances[]
Hank is first available in "The Blade Stained Red" after Burke agrees to help Lincoln. He remains available throughout the remainder of the game, even if the Mob turns against Lincoln and Burke is killed.
Trivia[]
- Since update 1.070.0, Hank's character model changes randomly each time he delivers a vehicle.
- He is the only associate of Thomas Burke's who physically appears in-game.
