It is a company that owns several parking lots throughout Lost Heaven, most notably a large parking garage located on Central Island that is the primary setting for the mission Great Deal!.
The parking lot has four floors, all designed to fit the vehicles of businessmen working in the area, who want a good place to park their cars during the work day. It can only be entered in the mission Great Deal!
