It is a large, red metal bridge in Lost Heaven, linking New Ark with Central Island.

- The bridge is based on the Triborough Bridge in New York City, with some elements taken from Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.
- On the eastern end, Lucas Bertone's Auto Service shop is located almost underneath the bridge.
- During the mission Fairplay, we find a single scene on the bridge which serves to distract us (since the mission is timed). It's a suicide jump; several cars, including an ambulance, are parked there and some people are watching as two men attempt to convince the jumper that he should not commit suicide.
