The Empire Bay Building is a location in Mafia II.
History[]
The Empire Bay Building is located in Midtown, it is the tallest building in Empire Bay. While the building is not enterable, the ground level houses many finer shops such as Holton's department store, Exposure, Cucco, and Titania. The Empire Bay building is also home to a hotel, the Red Bar, and the Illusion Casino.
