Coal Dumper is a location in Mafia III.
History[]
The Coal Dumper is derelict machine once used for loading coal from rail cars onto steam powered vessels or transport barges.
Operation[]
A rail car loaded with coal would be transferred up the ramp onto the dumper, then lifted through use of counterweights until the coal spilled into the chute, which would funnel it to the waiting vessel or barge below.
