Cavar Construction is a New Bordeaux business owned by Jimmy Cavar. It has many projects around the city, including the new City Hall at the Cavar Construction Site, Paradiso Hotel & Casino, and the Duvall Hall Science Center at Brandt University. Its offices are located in The Royal Hotel, below Tony Derazio's penthouse.
