Empire Classic Radio (ECLA), is one of the three radio stations in Empire Bay. In the 1940s it is hosted by Bob Berriman, while in the 1950s the host is Gary Stevens.

The station's headquarters can be found in Midtown, near the Empire Bay Construction Co.


The station plays big band and swing music in both segments of the game but introduces more popular adult contemporary tracks in the 1950s.
