The Empire Bay Police Department Headquarters are located in Uptown, south of the Office of Price Administration, and east of the Uptown Parking and Grand Upper Bridge.

It is the Empire Bay Police Department's base of operations but you can't enter inside although several missions involve it, these are Witness - Frozen Memories or Wheels of Evidence in Joe's Adventures and Smith Custom 200 Police Special Theft in The Betrayal of Jimmy.

In the back of the Police Station, there is a small parking lot in which the Empire Bay Police Department place seized vehicles. This parking lot is visited in the mission Wheels of Evidence in Joe's Adventures as Mike Bruski asks Joe to steal a seized car belonging to friends of Mike's in order to get it to Bruski's Scrap & Salvage.
