Background

On May 6th 1951, Clemente capo Luca Gurino lead the abduction of Falcone members Antonio Balsamo, Frankie the Mick, whom also was murdered, and Harvey Epstein. The three were brought to the The Clemente Slaughterhouse in a Clemente Meat Delivery Truck.
However, Vito Scaletta had sneaked into the slaughterhouse and sneaked through the building to where the captives were held, killed Clemente associate Sammy and freed the prisoners. Frankie the Mick was dead and Harvey Epstein had no expertise with firearms. Therefore, Vito and Tony had to fight a large number of Clemente goons on their own, before finally getting into Luca's office after which Harvey and Antonio proceeded in murdering Luca.
As revenge for the horrible offenses made by the Clemente crime family on the Falcone crime family, Falcone Don Carlo Falcone called to a meeting in Joe's Apartment in Little Italy on June 15th 1951 with himself, Eddie Scarpa, Joe Barbaro and Vito Scaletta as participants. Don Falcone explained that Clemente Don Alberto Clemente had called to a large family meeting at the Empire Arms Hotel that day.
Joe had worked out a plan involving dressing up and posing as hotel cleaners, sneaking through the hotel and planting a bomb in the conference hall before quickly disappearing with the help of their would-be get-away driver Martin Santorelli.
The BombingEdit
On June 15th, 1951, Vito Scaletta and Joe Barbaro posed as hotel cleaners at the Empire Arms Hotel and through their disguises, gained entrance to the conference hall on the 18th floor where the Clemente Family was to hold a meeting. The two men planted a large bomb underneath the table before heading for the hotel's roof. However, on the roof, there were a number of Clemente goons which Vito and Joe had to kill. After killing them off, they seized control of the window cleaner's platform and went down to the 18th floor with it. Well there, Vito pretended to clean the window with a squeegie whilst Joe connected the wires from outside. After doing so, the two of them went up with the platform. However, the bomb went off early and the bomb exploded while they were about three or four floors up. The men decided to go down again and take a look. They found that Alberto had lived and went after him, killing a large amount of goons before finally killing him after a car chase through Empire Bay.
The AftermathEdit
The hotel only suffered serious damages in the conference room. The table, chairs and wall's were damaged. The only damage that happened to the building itself were the windows. Minor items were broken during the firefight.
It can be assumed that the the damages to the hotel were fixed.
