Charlie Kincaid is a character in Mafia III.

"Four-Finger" Charlie Kincaid is the Racket Boss of the smack racket in Delray Hollow and a member of the Dixie Mafia. Despite being the scion of a well-respected Dixie Mafia family, Charlie's not actually much of a true believer. With his wife expecting their first child, he'll turn on the rest of those Dixie pricks in a heartbeat if it means keeping his head attached to his neck. [1]

Current Operations

After the Dixie Mafia moves into the Hollow, they take over the First Baptist Church to use as a hub for their heroin operation. His pushers Big Al, Patrick, Mo-Mo, and Natty deal the smack in back alleys around the district while his enforcers Doug "Hatchet" Marcheti and Deacon Caruso collect the money and keep everyone in line.

In 1968, Kincaid's racket was taken over by Lincoln Clay, who was working with inside information he received from John Donovan. Lincoln damaged Charlie's smack operation by killing his enforcers and destroying the racket's heroin supply. Once everything fell apart, Kincaid was drawn out, giving Lincoln the opportunity to confront him. After successfully infiltrating the First Baptist Church, Lincoln dealt with Kincaid and ended his association with the Dixie Mafia.
