Ok so, character infoboxes are settled and will be replaced with what's above shortly. Lets move on to vehicles.
My original intent was to make one to fit all three games, the problem with that is, if you have a field listed in an infobox, users have a bad habit of putting something in there whether it applies or not. So I think the best bet would be to stick with three separate infoboxes.
The problem with Mafia III is, they don't have a garage or carcyclopedia in-game. This was where the various stats on vehicles came from in past games. There really is nothing listed in the game about them other than their name. I was hoping that may change whenever they come out with the free update which is supposed to include vehicle customization and races. But judging from the clothing update I think it's going to be as bare minimum as that was. While they may give us some sort of customization and save options, I doubt it will include anything as detailed as things like horsepower, top speed, weight, etc.
So aside from what's listed in them now, I really have no idea what could be added. The Prima Game guide images have a chart below each vehicle that lists the class of each one along with weight and max speed, which is represented as 1-5 stars along with acceleration, which is on a scale of 0-3, but it's shown as a line, not numbers. They pretty much tell you what you can figure out on your own, the big vehicles are heavy and slow and the sports cars are light and fast. Without some kind of baseline the stats are as pointless as the percentages they list for weapons.
Anyway, the only thing I can think of adding to the Mafia III ones is maybe a field to list hardtop/convertible options and maybe class, like sports car, sedan etc. Any other ideas?
