History

Background
Edit
Tony was the personal driver of Tomaso Moretti during his reign in the family. In 1933, he was badly injured when a car bomb killed Moretti, planted by Stephen Coyne. Since then, he still worked for the family during Carlo Falcone's reign, spending most of his time working the family's protection rackets. Serving the family for over twenty years.
Joe's Adventures
Edit
During the time Joe Barbaro left town for 5 years in the south, Tony watched Joe's apartment until his return. When Joe returns, Tony meets him at the train station and compliments him on his unique choice of clothing. He then gives Joe $1,000 and a new car. Afterwords, Joe works with Tony as a business partner. Tony later introduced Joe to Eddie Scarpa and vouched for him to become one of the Falcone family's trusted men.
Assignment
Edit
In 1951, he along with Frankie the Mick were assigned to protect the family's accountant, Harvey "Beans" Epstein. However they were kidnapped by the Clemente crime family and taken to The Clemente Slaughterhouse to be interrogated by Clemente Caporegime Luca Gurino, which resulted in Frankie's death. Vito Scaletta manages to rescue him along with Beans. Tony then assisted Vito in fighting off Clemente's thugs. He along with Beans later gave Luca a slow death by throwing him into a meat grinder.
He was held captive and brutally beaten (presumably by the Vinci crime family) during the war between the Empire Bay Triads and the mafia families in Empire Bay. He was then treated by El Greco; however, he stated that Tony will never be able to walk again due to his injuries. It is assumed that he retired afterward.
